Refund Policy

BOOKINGS

You must pay a deposit to confirm your balloon decor. If you need to cancel an already-booked reservation, you agree to pay cancellation fees amounting to:

  • Within 30 days of your scheduled event, we will refund 100% of your money. 
  • Within 15 days of your scheduled event, we will refund 50% of your money. 
  • Within 7 days of your scheduled event, we will refund 0%.

You must pay a deposit to confirm your balloon bouquet. If you need to cancel an already-booked reservation, you agree to pay cancellation fees amounting to:

  • Within 14 days of your scheduled delivery date, we will refund 50% of your money. 
  • Within 3 days of your scheduled delivery date, we will refund 0%.

Services will not begin until the balance is paid in full. 

CHANGE OF MIND OR ORDER PLACED IN ERROR 

To organise a change or request a refund please contact us via email and be sure to include the following:

  1. Order number or receipt number
  2. Date of order
  3. Description of issue

 We will generally be in touch within 48 hours to provide further assistance.

  1. We reserve the right to apply a 10% re-stocking fee plus a $10 processing fee.
  2. We reserve the right to determine if you are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit note for “Change of Mind” refunds.

Where a refund is provided this will be refunded to the same method as payment was made and this will take approximately 7 days. i.e. If you pay by Mastercard the refund will be provided to the Mastercard used to make the purchase.

RENTAL

You agree that once we have dispatched rentals from the Gorg Balloons warehouse, refunds won’t be granted under any circumstances. You also agree that you’ll pay for all of the services and equipment that we provide, including any damages, losses or modifications that you or your agents make.

BALLOON DECOR

If decorations are damaged or destroyed while they are in our care, we will gladly replace them at our cost (e.g. if a latex helium balloon pop’s while we are onsite decorating a venue, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you). We will not be held responsible for any costs or damages caused either directly or indirectly as a result of decorations that become damaged or destroyed during or after they are in your care (or your venue’s care). We will not leave your event until we are satisfied that you and your guests will enjoy our balloon design.

BALLOON BOUQUETS

We will be happy to replace any product deemed to be defective.  Under certain circumstances, at our discretion, we may deem it appropriate to make a full or partial refund.

SUBSTITUTIONS

We reserve the right to substitute for balloons that are not in stock, provided the substitution will not substantially change the theme of the bouquet.
